Charles Blackman, President/Secretary
Charles is a graduate of South Dakota State University and a retired electrical engineer.

Sandra Blackman (nee Helseth), Vice President
Sandra is a graduate of Minot State University and a retired hospital laboratory supervisor.

Patricia Waller (nee Helseth), Director
Patricia is a graduate of Saint Cloud State University and a retired accountant.

Sadly, in May Pat succumbed to COVID-19 after a long hospitalization. Her quiet generosity is greatly missed.

Michael Engelhardt, Director

Michael has a Master’s degree in international security from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. Michael currently works as a senior researcher at Thomson Reuters in Washington DC. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and reading books.

All board members serve without compensation.
